Has your ETL process ever bogged down productivity because of the repetitive tasks needed to prepare data for usability? Business Intelligence Markup Language (BIML) is an XML Dialect that can be used to create SSIS Packages in Visual Studio’s Business Intelligence Developer Studio. This session will cover the BIML basics and introduce some design patterns for code generation.

About Adrian:
Adrian Chacon is a recent graduate who has a solid background in Hardware Design but has adopted the lifestyle of a Business Intelligence Developer. Throughout his educational career, he’s picked up an assortment of computer languages including HTML, Verilog, CSS, C, C#, Java, and Objective-C. Adrian received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.
